Hello friends. I have a birthday card to share today. I had to play in the The Paper Players challenge this week, which is Blooms, as this is my favorite kind of card to make.
ETA: Yea, my card was chosen as A Cut Above at The Paper Players.
I used Spellbinder's Magnolia Blooms (love this set and have used it several times) for the pretty blooms. I die cut the solid bottom layer from white and sponged pink ink where the flowers are. The top die cut layer has solid leaves so I masked the flower part and sponged green ink over the leaves, I then glued the two layers together and mounted it with foam tape on a panel cut with my new Paper to Ink Border Bling: Tin Stitched Die. Birthday is from The Greetery Birthday Blooms stamp and die set. Wishes is from a retired SU set and both are mounted with foam tape. This panel is mounted to the card front and my card is done.
I will link to My NBUS challenge as this is the first time I have used the Ink to Paper die.
Thanks so much for stopping by. I hope you have a wonderful day.
Happy Stamping,
JoAnn
