Happy Birthday for Simon Says Stamp

Hello friends.  I have a birthday card to share today.  I made this one for a dear friend and used Simon Says Stamp Bouquet of Thanks stamp & die.

I stamped the flowers in Memento Tuxedo Black ink and colored them with SU Flirty Flamingo and Old Olive Blends.  I die cut them with the matching die.    The white panel is embossed with QuickCutz Polka Dots EF.  The blue pattern paper is from my stash.  I mounted the flowers with foam tape.  The sentiment is from SU Sweet as a Peach and is mounted with foam tape also.

Thanks so much for stopping by.  I wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a Happy & Healthy New Year.

Happy Stamping,

Happy Anniversary

Hello Friends.  I hope everyone is getting ready to celebrate Christmas with their family and loved ones.

I have an anniversary card to share today.  I made this one for some very good friends.  Her favorite color is yellow, so I usually include yellow flowers on it.  This time I used the pretty Statement Flowers by Altenew.

I stamped the flowers in Memento Tuxedo Black and colored them with SU Daffodil Delight and Granny Apple Green Blends.  I then die cut it with the matching die.  I mounted the flowers with foam tape to a white panel die cut with Taylored Expressions Circles Cutting Plate on a white card base.  The sentiment and banner are from SU Always In My Heart bundle.  The banner die cuts the creases in the banner so you know where to fold the ends.  I glued it and then mounted it with foam tape.

Last Christmas Card for 2021

Hello friends.  I have one last Christmas card to share today.

ETA:  My card was chosen as one of the runner-ups at the Color Hues.

I used PTI Bold Borders Yuletide Die and the new Into the Blooms Dahlia die.  I die cut both from white and layered the Dahlia and added red rhinestones to the center.  I mounted these on Evening Evergreen pattern paper from SU Tidings of Christmas 6x6 pack.  The sentiment is from Waffle Flower Essential Sentiments stamp & die set.  I stamped it in Real Red ink and then die cut with the matching die.

I made this one using the Color Hues Challenge of red and green.

Happy Anniversary

Hello friends.  I have an anniversary card I made for some good friends to share today.

I used Reverse Confetti's Peony stamp and die set for the pretty flower and leaves.  I stamped them in Momento Tuxedo Black ink and colored with SU Flirty Flamingo and Old Olive Blends.  I used MFT Stitched Rectangle Frame die for the white panel and frame.  I mounted the frame with foam tape and glued the center cut out to the pattern paper from SU.  It was laying on my desk and I thought it went perfect with the pretty flower.  The sentiment is from Just Rite Large Fancy Sentiments.  I love the font in this set.  The flower was mounted with foam tape over the frame and the leaves were glued on the frame and I added foam tape on the sections not on the frame.

Another Christmas Card

Hello friends.  I have another Christmas card to share today.

I love using stamps that show the true meaning of Christmas so I used a very old stamp set that doesn't have a name on it, but I love it.  I stamped the image and sentiment in Versamark and embossed with gold embossing powder.  I die cut the corner frame ( I had it out from a previous card), and then matted with gold foil card.

I love the shine from the gold foil card and the embossing.  This photo shows it better.

I used one die on my card (I hope that counts), so I will link to Addicted to Stamps and More - Die Cuts or Stencils

and also to Christmas Kickstart Challenge - anything Christmassy!

Thanks so much for stopping by.  I hope you have a wonderful day.

Merry Christmas in Red and Green

Hello Friends.  I have another Christmas card to share today.

I just received this new Reverse Confetti Open Drop Cover Panel die and wanted to use it so I die cut it from white and mounted it to the white card base.  I already had the red SU Poinsettia Petals die cut and thought they would be perfect with it.  I shaped the petals with my fingers, layered them, and added some small gold beads to the center.  The leaves are die cut from Mossy Meadow.  The sentiment is from Waffle Flower Essential Sentiments stamp and die set. and is stamped in Real Red ink.
