Wedding Layout

Hello friends.  I am sharing a layout I made for my grandson that got married this weekend.  I put it in a black shadowbox frame.  I wasn't able to go to the wedding, but hope they liked it.

ETA:  They loved the framed layout and said it was the best gift they got, made me smile.
The base is black cardstock and the DSP is from Always and Forever by The Paper Studio from Hobby Lobby.  The names are cut on my Cricut with the Storybook cartridge.  I used Martha Stewart Cherish punch around the page and also a MS heart punch.  I added some pearl hearts to the centers of the punched hearts.  The date is on a Spellbinder's die cut.  The white flower is by Prima and the blue flowers are from Michael's.

Thanks so much for stopping  by.  Have a wonderful day.

Happy Stamping,

Let It Snow

This is my card for Merry Monday #79 - Snowflakes, Blue, White and Silver/Gray.  I used Seize The Sketch #6 for my card.  I really like this sketch and will be using it again.
I used SU Bermuda Bay and Whisper White CS and the DSP is from The Paper Studio Merry Merry pad (from Hobby Lobby).   I punched the MS Himalayan Snowflake from Silver Glitter paper from Michael's, added a silver brad to the center and attached it to my sentiment panel.  The sentiment is from a very old Close To My Heart stamp set. I stamped it in SU Going Gray ink and went over the little snow dots with a clear glitter pen. It doesn't show up in the photo but it is very sparkly IRL.  I paper-pierced around the edges and mounted the panel with foam tape.
Another Christmas card done to add to my stash.

I am also linking this to Operation Write Home - Our Daily Bread Designs October Challenge - let the sentiment be the main focus.

Thanks for stopping by and taking a look.  I appreciate your comments.

Happy Stamping,
JoAnn
