Hello Friends and happy Thursday. We have a new challenge for you at Seize the Birthday and this time TaeEun would like us to add gold to our card. Remember the only requirement is that it has to be a birthday project.
For my card I embossed the background in gold with Pinkfresh Studio's Diamond Tiles and also embossed the greeting from SU Magnolia Blooms in gold on a stitched oval die cut. The flower is from SU So Much Love stamped in Tuxedo Black ink and colored with markers. I mounted the oval and the flower with foam tape.
You can see the gold embossing better in this photo. It is so pretty in person.

ReplyDeleteSo many details in gold!! Love how it there everywhere in the card, but still doesn't overwhelm! Now, that takes some serious skill!! The flower is just the cherry on the cake!!

I have one of the birthday cards you sent me front and center in my studio with a beautiful rainbow background.
