Happy Anniversary

Hello friends.  I have another anniversary card to share today.  I made this one using the sketch at The Paper Players.

ETA: My card was chosen as one of the A Cut Above selections at The Paper Players.

The pretty flower is from SU Irresistible Blooms embossed in white on Tempting Turquoise cardstock.  The leaves are embossed on Just Jade cardstock.  I used the matching dies to die cut the images.  The pattern paper is from a retired SU pack (All Together).  I mounted them on a white panel embossed with Taylored Expressions Weathered EF and then to the white card base.  I embossed the sentiment from SU Many Mates in white on the black strip.  The flower is mounted with foam tape and the leaves glued under the edges.

I will also link to the Krafty Chicks Challenge - Anything Goes.

  1. Great card. I'm liking how the blue pops against the black and white and the texture achieved with the embossing folder. Thanks for joining us at Happy Little Stampers ~ Anything Goes with Dies Challenge.
