Hello friends. We have a new challenge for you at Seize the Birthday and we also have a new Surprise Party Guest - Melanie Hungerford. Lindsey has chosen our "Topping" option this time and she would like our cards to be "nautical", of course the only requirement is that is has to be birthday.
I sponged the background with SU Crumb Cake, Marina Mist, a little Dapper Denim and Bashful Blue for the sky. I masked a couple of small cloud die cuts before blending the sky. I used SU Sailing Home to stamp the boats and sea gulls. The waves are from an Avery Elle set. I die cut the boats, added a little color and glued them on. The sentiment is from SU Art Gallery.
Be sure to check out all the great cards by the team over at Seize the Birthday and join in our fun challenge. Hope to see you in our gallery.
