Make the Cards Color Challenge

 Hello friends.  I have a birthday card to share today using the colors from Make the Card Challenge.

 

For my card I used this pretty flower from SU Hand-Penned Petals and colored it with Calypso Coral and Old Olive Blends.  I then die cut it with the matching die and mounted it with foam tape to a white scallop panel cut with a SU Scalloped Contours die.  I first stamped the sentiment and then embossed it with the Tasteful Texture EF before mounting the flower.  This panel is glued to a blue scallop panel cut with a die from the same Contours die set.  For a final touch I added an orange rhinestone to the center of the smallest flower.

Happy Birthday

 Hello friends.  It is time for a new challenge over at Seize the Birthday and this time Ashwini has chosen the "Topping" option to use an embossing folder on your card.

 

I used SU Stone EF (retired) for the white panel.  I really like using this EF and the impression it makes.  I have been saving these little strips of paper from other projects and decided to use them on my card.  I placed 3 diagonal strips on the white panel and them added this pretty stamped flower, with foam tape.  It is from SU Art Gallery and stamped in Catherine Pooler All That Jazz ink. I die cut it with the matching die.  The sentiment is from SU Peaceful Moments stamped on a stitched oval and mounted on a black scallop mat.  I mounted this with foam tape and decided to add the two thin strips on each side.  I added two aqua rhinestones for a little extra touch.  The aqua mat is PTI Hawaiian Shores.

CAS Christmas - Snowman

 Hello friends.  I have a card for the CAS Christmas Card Challenge - Snowman.

 

This cute snowman and sentiment are from Sweet 'n Sassy Crazy About Snowmen.  I colored him with Promarkers. I die cut the panel with a stitched rectangle die and then sponged lt. blue ink for the sky.  I stamped tiny snowflakes from an older SU set with the same ink and then added some texture paste for the snow.at the bottom.

Make the Cards Challenge

 Hello friends.  Today I am guesting as a Featured Creator over on Make the Cards Challenge where we have a sketch for you.

 

This is my card

and this is the sketch

I stamped the small flowers from SU Art Gallery 3 times in the new Polished Pink ink and snipped just the flowers to represent the circles in the sketch.  The pattern paper and the strip of cardstock is the new Soft Succulent color.  The sentiment is from SU  In Bloom stamped in Soft Succulent ink and mounted with foam tape.  I added 3 pink rhinestones to finish my card.
