I went to a baby shower today and this is the card I made for the expectant mother. They did not want to find out the sex of the baby so I went with pale yellow and green for my card.
The pattern paper is from an MFT 6x6 pad. The sentiment and the baby rattles are from a Verve stamp set. The heart border die is also from Verve, and I used the tiny hearts from the cut out to add to the pattern paper sections. I die cut the Spellbinders label die and inked around the edges with pale green ink before removing it from the die. I then stamped the sentiment in the center. I colored the rattles to match the paper and then mounted them to the sentiment panel, which is mounted to the card with foam tape. Lastly, I added a cute mint green twine bow.
I will add this one to Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge - Anything Goes.
Thanks so much for stopping by. I hope you have a wonderful day.
Happy Stamping,
JoAnn
I love these soft, sweet colors, JoAnn! The baby rattles are adorable and the scattering of hearts adds extra depth and dimension.
