Hello friends. So glad you stopped by. I have a new birthday card to share today.
For the background I used Altenew Diamond Frame Cover die cut in white and glued to the white card base. I die cut SSS Divine Peony from Bristol Smooth 100# card and ink blended with DOI - Worn Lipstick for the flower & bud, and Bundled Sage & Rustic Wilderness for the leaves. I cut an extra set of leaves, cut them apart and added them for more fullness. I colored the center for the flower with an alcohol marker. The sentiment was already done and left over from another project so I thought it was a perfect finish for my card.
I am adding this to Simon Say Stamp Wednesday Challenge - A Bit O' Green
and to Darnell's NBUS as this is the first time I have used the flower die.
Happy Stamping,
JoAnn
That is a great frame to show off your lovely pink flower, JoAnn.
ReplyDeleteI like the way you've nestled your flowers into that wonderful diamond frame! Pretty card, JoAnn!
ReplyDeleteThat flower is lovely! (I have it but I haven't used it.) I love how you've framed it with that background diamond.
