CAS Mix Up Challenge - Faux Cloisonne

Hello friends. This is my second post today as I finished my card for the CAS Mix Up Challenge - Faux Cloisonne

I used stamping, heat embossing and die cutting for this challenge.  I found this picture of a  casserole in my food magazine and thought it would be perfect for this butterfly image as it had yellow, orange, and rust colors in it.  I stamped it in Versamark ink and heat embossed it with Ranger Extra Fine Gold embossing powder. I then glued it on a scrap piece of cardstock before die-cutting it with the matching die - it is from SU Brilliant Butterflies Bundle.  I also die cut Hello from Memory Box Hello Friends Posh Script from the same piece of picture.  I mounted the butterfly on a piece die cut from Altenew Burlap Texture Die which was glued to the card base.  I then glued Hello below the die cuts.

This photo shows the shine of the butterfly better although it is not as clear.

Thanks so much for stopping by.  I hope you have a wonderful day.

Happy Stamping,
JoAnn
