God's Peace

Are you working on getting your Christmas cards done?  Christmas is 6 weeks from tomorrow. 😉

I have 2 Christmas cards to share with you today.  I used 2 different pattern papers and angled the sentiment on one of the cards.  I like them both so thought I would share both of them.
I used the beautiful image and sentiment from SU God's Peace.  I fussy cut the image and colored with SU Cherry Cobler, Mossy Meadow and Daffodil Delight Blends.  I added Wink of Stella to the candle images after coloring them (they are so pretty and sparkly in person). The pattern paper and mats are cut with a die from Magnolia Memories die (I love this border die). I colored some of the Toile Tidings Glitter Enamel Dots with the dark Cherry Cobbler Blend and added 3 to each of the sentiment panels.  The image and sentiment panels are mounted with foam tape.

I am linking my cards at Time Out Challenges.  Their inspiration photo is all about Christmas which is the most wonderful time of the year for the true meaning of Christmas.

Thanks so much for stopping by.  I hope you have a wonderful day.

Happy Stamping,

  1. Love the plaid papers and that border die that are so perfect with this wonderful sentiment and candles! I like the sentiment tilted and straight! Two wonderful Christmas cards, JoAnn!

  2. JoAnn, Love these cards with the plaids. It really speaks Christmas.

  3. Ah, this is like the place to come to be enabled! Great cards, JoAnn! I love the image and really love that border die! And, since I'm nuts about plaid, I think your design is divine!! Hugs, Darnell
