Happy Anniversary for friends

I am sharing another anniversary card I made for good friends at church.
I sort of copied myself from this card.  I love this PIT Bold Borders Flare die and this time I added some pattern paper behind it.  I like the contrast of the blue and purple.  The flowers are from Gina K Designs Stippled Flowers.  I stamped them in Memento Tuxedo Black ink and colored them with Copics.  I die cut them with the matching dies and added the flowers with foam tape for dimension. I also added clear Wink of Stella to all the flowers, but it doesn't show up in the photo, it is so pretty IRL.  The leaves are just glued down.  I added Pretty Pink Posh Sparkling Clear Sequins in the frame and around the sentiment.  The sentiment is a Stampabilities stamp from Hobby Lobby.

I think this border qualifies for the Geometric Patterns challenge at Shopping Our Stash so I am linking it there.

  4. What a lovely card! From the thumbnail, I thought the flowers were fully dimensional-- you did an amazing job with that stamp! Another great thing about flat flowers is they are mailer-friendly! Anyway... just love this. Thank you for sharing at SOS this week.
