This card is for the JUGS Word Week (Water) challenge
and I used this week's MFT Sketch Challenge
and The Paper Players - "You Light Up My Life"
I used MFT PI Sprinkler Girl for the image, colored her with Copics and paper-pieced her swimsuit. The sentiment is from the same set, but I cut it apart to make it fit in the space. I masked the image and stamped grass with SU Pear Pizzazz and an old DOTS Hillside Grass stamp. I sponged clouds with SU Bashful Blue ink and a punched scalloped circle. The DSP is from Recollections Bold Basics paper pad. I matted everything with black and the scalloped mat is cut with MFT Blueprints 20 die. I used MFT Gerbera Daisy die (no longer available) to make the sun.

We have had a scorching day here in the UK today and my two children did exactly that late afternoon - swimsuits on, running in the sprinklers is a perfect cool down on a sunny day!
