Cupcake for Seize the Birthday

Hello friends.  It is time for a new challenge at Seize the Birthday and this time we have a "Toppings" option of using cupcakes or candy on your birthday creation.

For my card I used this cute PI Hello Cupcake image from My Favorite Things (sorry, it has been discontinued).  I colored her with Copics and fussy cut her out.  I mounted her with foam tape on a panel cut with Lil' Inkers  Stitched Mats: Rounded Rectangles.  The sentiment is from an older MFT set Birthday Balloons Jolinne (also discontinued), which I fussy cut also.  The DSP panel and paper-pieced dress are from an American Crafts 6x6 pad (no name on it).  I used SU Lost Lagoon CS for the mats.  The card base is Coredinations Heavy White Card.  I tied a piece of aqua Baker's Twine around the top and my card was done.

You should check out all the fabulous creations by my teammates over at Seize the Birthday.  We have some great ideas to inspire you.  I hope you will join us this time.  You have until Tuesday, Feb. 23rd @ 9:00 AM (PST) (12:00 noon EST) to enter our challenge.

Thanks so much for stopping by.  Have a wonderful day.
Happy Stamping,
JoAnn
