The JUGS #283 challenge is to make a masculine card.
I decided to make this card for my great-grandson who will be turning 5 next week. He loves to go fishing with his dad (who loves fishing also). The image is from Stampendous Fishing Friends Kiddo, stamped in Memento Tuxedo Black and colored with Copics. I sponged the clouds with SU Bashful Blue ink and a large scallop circle punch. It is cut out with MFT Circle Stax 1 and 2. The mats are SU Midnight Muse. The sentiment is from SU Something to Celebrate, stamped in Midnight Muse ink and cut with MFT Blueprints 23, which I just received today (yippee). I hand-cut the mat and mounted it with foam tape over the jute twine. The image panel is also mounted with foam tape. The DSP is from a Country Kitchen 6x6 pad by Farm House Paper Co. The card base is MFT Smooth White.
I am also entering my card over at the Southern Girls Challenge which this week is Boys, Boys, Boys.
Thanks for stopping by. Have a wonderful day.
Happy Stamping,
JoAnn
