Hello Friends. I had to participate in Mojo Monday's last challenge. I am sad to see it go as I enjoyed all of Julee's sketches. I will miss them, but Julee will stil have her blog and the Verve store. She is a very busy lady with her twins and life so I understand why she is giving it up.
Onto my card. Here is Julee's sketch
and here is my card.
I used 4 different Verve stamp sets for my card. The sentiment is from Love Story (discontinued); the frame is from Small Packages, the flower is from Grateful Elegance and Plain Jain VS-09-PJ016 which matches the Grateful Elegance set (both discontinued). I sponged the petals with SU Blush Blossom and Crisp Cantaloupe inks. I added a black glitter enamel dot to the center of the flower. The frame is cut with Verve's Rounded Scallop Frame die. The heart border is cut with Verve's Scalloped Trim Duo Set. The leaves are cut from SU Mint Macaron with Verve's Sprightly Springs die. The DSP is from Mint to be Fab by The Paper Studio.
Thanks so much for stopping by. I hope you have a wonderful day.
Happy Stamping,
JoAnn
