Warm Winter Wishes for Christmas Card Challenges #30

Good Morning friends.  It is Sunday and time for a new challenge at Christmas Card Challenges.  This week it is "Anything Goes" as long as it is Christmas.

For my card I used this cute digital image from Mo's Digital Pencil called Valerie in Winter, (there are 3 images in this set).  I colored her with Copics and Promarkers, and added some white Fun Flock to the snow and the pom-pom on the hat.  She is cut out with MFT Circle Stax 1 and matted with Circle Stax 2 dies.  The snowflake is cut with MFT Let It Snowflake twice and layered, then mounted with foam tape.  The sentiment is from MFT Holiday Hugs Snowman and cut with a Spellbinders Gromment Tags and mounted with foam tape.  I added pink rhinestones to the center of the snowflake and on each end of the tag.  The DSP is from My Mind's Eye Merry Little Christmas, matted with white CS.  The card base and mat are SU Melon Mambo.

Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge is Anything Goes, so I am entering my card there also.

JUGS #297 and MFTWSC 233

I made a masculine card for this week's JUGS challenge  (stacked diecuts) using this weeks MFT Sketch 233 challenge.
I
I used Coredinations Heavy White Card stock and MFT Sno Cone & Tropical Teal CS, along with MFT Tropical Teal, Summer Splash, Blu Raspberry and Sno Cone inks, to sponge the top layer of my happy die-cut.  I cut 4 layers from white and inked the top layer before adhering them together.  I used 2 dies from MFT Blueprints 6 to cut the white panel and large Sno Cone panel.  The dark blue panel is cut with Lil' Inkers Stitched Rounded Rectangles die.  The sentiment is from MFT Birthday Chalkboard Greetings and cut with a die from MFT Blueprints 20.  The stars are punch from Summer Splash & Sno Cone CS.  I pen-stitched around the edges and adhered them with foam tape.  The large Sno Cone panel is stamped with MFT Fine Chevron Background in Sno  Cone ink and the white panel is stamped with MFT Linen Background, also in Sno Cone ink.

Here is a photo that shows the stacked layers and dimension better.

This is MFT Sketch Challenge 233, and I moved the circle element to to top corner to fit my sentiment better and I used stars.

Merry Monday #162 challenge - tag(s)

This is my card for this week's Merry Monday challenge - use tag(s).  I used MFT Smooth White CS and Recollections Black for the mats.  The DSP is from an older DCWV 8x8 pad.  I cut the tag with MFT Tag Builder BP 1 and the sentiment and cute snowman is from Recollections Winter Wonderland set.  I stamped the scarf in SU Real Red ink and paper-pieced it.  The sentiment is mounted with foam tape in the middle and I glued the ends down.  I sponged lt. blue ink around the edges of the tag and added snow with Simon Says Stamp Falling Snow stencil and molding paste, but it doesn't show up much in the photo.  The only coloring is his nose and the stars.  I used Sakura Clear Glitter pen on the stars and snowflakes on the sentiment.
