Dynamic Duos #100 - Thank You

 

Hello my friends.  It is time for Dynamic Duos #100 challenge.  I am sad to say that this is the last challenge for the Dynamic Duos.  I have really enjoyed being a part of this special and super talented Design Team and will really miss them.

 

Also, due to personal and health reasons, I have been unable to participate in the last few challenges and am so thankful I was able to join in this last challenge.  I made a Thank You card to show the Design Team and all my stamping friends how thankful I am for all the love and support they have shown me and because I have so much to be thankful for.

 

My card base is MFT Smooth White and the mats are SU Smoky Slate. The Smoky Slate DSP is from SU Eastern Elegance pack. The Pool Party CS is embossed with the SU Decorative Dots EF.  The So Saffron DSP is from the Subtles DSP pad.  I used Spellbinders Classic Circles and Lacey Circles dies.  The sentiment is from SU Perfectly Penned and the butterfly is from SU Papillon Potpourri stamped in black on So Saffron CS.  I added 3 So Saffron Candy Dots and the Pool Party Seam Binding Ribbon and my card was done.

Birthday Blessings for Seize the Birthday

Hello stamping friends.  I am so glad I was able to make a card for the new Seize the Birthday Challenge as we are celebrating a fellow Design Team member's birthday.  Yep, that is you Jodene.

I hope you have a wonderful birthday today.

I used Mojo342 sketch from the Mojo Monday blog.

The card base is MFT Smooth White CS and all the mats are SU Choc. Chip CS.  The DSP is from the Summer Breeze 6x6 pad by First Edition Paper.  I finally used one of the little Martha Stewart white doilies that I have had for quite awhile.  The sentiment is from Verve's Love Deepens set (retired) and the flower is from Verve's One Person (retired), I just love this flower. I stamped the flower twice and cut out the center layer on one of them, inked the edges and mounted it with foam dimensionals.

HAPPY EASTER

Wishing you all a Blessed Easter Sunday.  God is a wonderful, loving God and I am so thankful I know him as my Saviour.

I thank you all that have sent cards. I am blessed each time I read them (several times) :).  Thank you all for your thoughts and prayers for me and my family.  I hope to be back stamping before much longer.  I am getting a little stronger each day, thank the Good Lord.
