Hello friends. I have a new anniversary card to share. This will go to a young couple at church.
I used some older MFT products for my card. The pattern paper is from MFT Black & White Stripe paper pad. I cut a 1-1/2" strip and glued it to the left side of the card base. I added a 1/4" black strip for separation. The pretty flowers are from MFT Floral Focus. It is one big stamp which after stamping and coloring I die cut it with the matching die and then cut it apart to place it how I thought it looked best. I used SU Boho Blue Blends for the the flowers and Soft Succulent (ret.) for the leaves. I put foam tape under the flower parts and glued the ends of the stems along the black strip.. The sentiment is from Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps Anniversary Innies. I stamped one word at a time, then cut at an angle and mounted with foam tape. I really like the finished card.
Thanks so much for stopping by. Have a wonderful day.
Happy Stamping,
JoAnn
JoAnn, I adore those stripes - and they are so wonderful with your blue flowers! this card is speaking to me with a French accent!

This is lovely! The colors for the flowers are so pretty (I love Soft Succulent!) and it's so beautifully accented with the black stripe.
ReplyDeleteYou are so sweet to send anniversary wishes to the young couple, JoAnn. The black and white stripes are a great accent to your lovely blue flowers.
