Happy World Card Making Day

This is the card I made today and am entering it in a couple of challenges.

The challenge at Merry Monday this week is to use rainbow colors on your card.

I used SU inks in Real Red, Pumpkin Pie, Daffodil Delight, Pacific Point, Elegant Eggplant and Wild Wasabi.  I sponged strips on textured white CS and then cut the Merry out using SU Expressions Framelits Dies (retired).  I cut out two white layers and layered them to give it more sturdiness.  I curved it a little when gluing it on a white panel embossed with a Cuttlebug Snowflake EF.  The ornament and sentiment are from MFT's Christmas Ornament sets (Unfortuately it has been discontinued, but I love using it). I added it to the diecut Merry with a little gold twine.  Then I added  colorful rhinestones to the centers of some of the embossed snowflakes.  This panel was mounted with foam tape to DSP from MME Market Street 6x6 pad. The scalloped mat was cut from SU Wild Wasabi with a die from MFT Blueprints 20, and the card base is Coredinations Heavy White CS.

I am also entering this in Simon Says Stamp Card Making Challenge for World Card Making Day.
