Happy Birthday

I combined two challenges for my card - I used the Sweet Sunday Sketch #194 at Karen Giron's blog and the challenge at The Pink Elephant to use dots and stripes.  I used DSP from My Mind's Eye Dolled Up 6x6 pad that has stripes and dots.   The mats are SU Crumb Cake.  I used Canvas Corp Heavy White Chardstock for the white.  The sentiment is a SU stamp (retired) and is stamped in Crumb Cake ink.  I paper-pierced the edges.  The flower is made using MFT's Upsy Daisy Die-namic and I added a gold pearl to the center.

Thanks for stopping by.  I appreciate your comments.

Happy Stamping,

  5. Totally agree with Darnell (who always says it better than the rest of us!) your papers were great color & pattern combinations. Really a hard task for me to do, and I so admire it when I see it done so well. Lovely card. TFS
