MFTWSC69

I created this card for my great-granddaughter' birthday using the MFT weekly sketch challenge.
My DGD loves horses, being a cowgirl and the color pink so it was a perfect combination for my card.
I paperpieced her outfit using some older denim paper from my stash. I added pink heart pockets to match her shirt.  I stamped her with Memento Tuxedo Black ink, colored her with copics and promarkers, cut her out and mounted her on dimensional foam. I sponged the clouds  and sand, and then added the fence cut with my Cricut and the Old West cartridge. I used Cricut Design Studio to size the fence to fit on the panel and added pen marks to look like wood.
The DSP is from MME Madison Avenue.  Inks and cardstock are Stampin Up.

Verve April Diva Dare

This is a card I made for my daughter's friend who is "getting hitched" in a simple country wedding. My daughter thought it was perfect.
I am also entering it in the Verve April Diva Dare "All Aboard" challenge to use chipboard, corrugated cardboard, or kraft on your creation or project.  I used Kraft CS for card base and recycled chipboard (from a paper pack) for the diecuts.   I did the inside sentiment on my comupter and added a little border at the bottom using the same paper as the front.

Supplies:
CS/Paper:  SU Kraft, Early Espresso & Very Vanilla; MME Dilly Dally DSP
Fiskar's Border Punch
MFT Dies (boot, star, horseshoe & hat)
Cricut:  Happy Trails banner

MOJO Monday 235

This is my card for the MOJO Monday 235 sketch and also for Jeanie's That Krafty Thursday
The card base is SU Crumb Cake, DSP is My Mind's Eye Honey Cake, matted with SU Early Espresso. Sentiment is from Verve's Wishful Elegance and the flower is from Verve One Person.  I colored the flower with SU marker Pretty In Pink (which is the closest color I could match (it matches better IRL) and then cut out. I used dimensionals on the scalloped circle, the 2nd flower layer and the blue banner piece.  The scalloped circles are cut with Nesties and my Cricut (the middle layer).
